JOB SUMMARY:

ThePartner Marketing Specialistis responsible for maintaining Manufacturer Relationships andwillplay a critical role inbuilding a strategic go-to-market plan with partnersin an efficient role will alsoapplythe various touchpointsrequiredtomaintainingthe health of strategic and high growth partnerships within the the general direction of theVPPartner Marketing thePartner Marketing Specialistwill work closely with thedemand generation marketing teambusinessunitleadersengineeringand sales teamson a day-to-day basisin executing on all deliverables.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provide funding marketing tactics andleadthecollection of Marketing Development Funds (MDF)for assigned with Channel Partners to ensure all requirements are fulfilled to complete the processing of the claim andtimelypayment.

• Monitor and measure performance of MDFprogram.

• Understand thebusiness structurego-to-marketstrategyand incorporate partners into strategic companywide tactics.

• Collaborate with thesales teamsbusiness unit leadersengineeringandmarketingfield (events)teamto fund go-to market initiatives.

• Work closely with themarketingteamto plan and coordinate Partner Management engagements.

• Supportthemanufacturesinidentifyingleads for potential businessand a return on their investments.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree fromaccrediteduniversity or collegerequired.

• A minimum of3yearsof experience in channel or partner marketing.

• Strong project managementskillstomanageinitiativesformultiple priorities.

• Ability to work independentlyas a problem solverin afast-pacedenvironment.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees vendorsclientsand upper management.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
