Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide direct daytoday oversight of operations and management for communities within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide operational guidance establish strategic operating goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Partner with the CFO to drive annual community budgets develop operating and capital budget guidelines and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure strategic goals are communicated clearly and implemented effectively across field management teams.
  • Identify trends or fluctuations impacting outcomes and implement corrective practices to improve performance.
  • Ensure all direct reports and executive directors are fully informed of operational objectives.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team on key planning initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess individual performance providing coaching feedback development opportunities and performance management.
  • Establish annual team and individual goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures comply with state local and federal regulations.
  • Ensure all services meet the highest standards and align with industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate understanding of compliance and ethics program policies and procedures.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance HIPAA and regulatory training as required.
  • Positively contribute to the companys culture energy and growth.
  • Serve as a member of the corporate emergency response team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and personal hygiene per company policies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the aging population.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Lead teams effectively demonstrating compassion gratitude and support for others.
  • Operate and maintain assigned equipment supplies inventory and property according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business finance or healthcare administration required.
  • Masters degree in healthcare administration or business management preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of multicommunity leadership experience in the senior living industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.
  • Experience with senior living financial and sales reporting software preferably Yardi.
  • Strong communication leadership and planning skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized detailoriented and professional demeanor.
  • Flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate diplomatically.
  • Flexible availability regarding hours shifts and days.
