Overview

A growing facility management organization is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the back-end operations of the business. This role ensures internal teams across finance payroll HR billing collections AR/AP and administrative functions operate efficiently consistently and in alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities

Operations & People Oversight
  • Oversee in-house teams across finance payroll HR billing collections AR/AP and administration

  • Ensure attendance professionalism and performance standards are met

Finance Payroll & Compliance
  • Provide oversight of billing collections AR/AP and payroll processes

  • Ensure accuracy timeliness and compliance

HR & Employee Lifecycle
  • Coordinate onboarding offboarding and employee documentation

Systems & Process Management
  • Ensure systems supporting accounting payroll HR and operations are used consistently

  • Identify gaps and drive process improvements

Execution & Leadership
  • Enforce procedures track deliverables and ensure follow-through

  • Serve as the primary operational point of coordination between teams and leadership

Ideal Candidate

  • 5 years of experience managing an in-office team

  • Proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations and hold teams accountable

  • Strong understanding of finance workflows payroll HR processes and internal systems

  • Comfortable enforcing standards addressing issues and driving execution

  • Organized decisive and trusted to keep operations running smoothly
