Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers and confidently guide them through the vehicle sales process
- Conduct product presentations feature demonstrations and test drives for all models
- Maintain daily activity expectations including calls texts emails and follow-up in CRM
- Set confirm and manage customer appointments to drive showroom traffic and sales
- Work every deal from greeting to delivery in partnership with management and finance
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on current models trim levels incentives and pricing
- Follow the Capitol Chevrolet sales process to ensure consistency and an excellent customer experience
- Ask for reviews referrals and repeat business from every sold customer to build your pipeline
- Attend daily sales meetings and scheduled training sessions; apply feedback to improve performance
- Assist with lot organization showroom cleanliness and vehicle merchandising standards
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity metrics with urgency and accountability
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
