We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Technical Editor to support the development review and refinement of technical documentation related to data analytics and data science initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data-driven teams and translating complex analytical concepts into clear accurate and user-friendly documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. TS/SCI required.

Responsibilities:

Edit proofread and format technical documentation related to data analytics data science and data engineering projects
Ensure accuracy consistency and clarity in documentation including technical reports methodologies data models dashboards and user guides
Collaborate with data scientists data analysts engineers and product stakeholders to understand technical content and workflows
Review documentation for compliance with style guides branding and documentation standards
Translate complex analytical concepts algorithms and data processes into clear concise language
Validate technical terminology data definitions assumptions and methodologies for accuracy and completeness
Assist in developing and maintaining documentation standards templates and editorial guidelines
Edit content related to statistical analysis machine learning models ETL pipelines and data visualization outputs
Manage version control and document updates across multiple concurrent projects
Support quality assurance reviews prior to publication or delivery

$70000 - $90000 a year
