Join our dynamic Agile development team as a Technical Product Owner where you will play a pivotal role in the Software Development Lifecycle ensuring the timely delivery of innovative this role you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements prioritize features and oversee development progress. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on product strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders and internal teams to capture and document product requirements ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
- Backlog & Sprint Management: Support backlog refinement prioritize tasks based on business value and assist in sprint planning to set achievable goals.
- User Story Development: Break down complex requirements into clear actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders ensuring transparency and timely resolution of queries.
- Quality & Documentation: Contribute to product documentation including release notes and feature descriptions and participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Progress Reporting: Monitor development progress and communicate potential risks early to enable quick course correction.
Skills and Experience
- 3 years in product-related roles (Product Analyst Business Analyst etc.) with Agile experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment adapt to changing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning and ownership.
