Job Summary

Design develop and maintain Python-based services and data integrations supporting IAM and access management platforms.
Deploy optimize and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Terraform Enterprise).
Collaborate with application and product teams to onboard internally hosted SaaS and homegrown applications into centralized data and access frameworks.
Support integrations between IAM tools and enterprise platforms such as IGA solutions ServiceNow and Okta.
Perform high-level data mapping and data management activities to integrate application user access data.
Develop and maintain Terraform Enterprise (TFE) projects AWS resources and reusable modules.
Build and maintain event-driven and serverless systems using AWS services.
Design and support APIs and backend services for platform integrations.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design code quality standards and best practices for collaborative development.
Act as a technical reference for best practices in architecture security and scalability.

Qualifications :

Advanced experience developing debugging and testing Python applications.
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices including source control and collaborative development workflows.
Hands-on experience with Terraform / Terraform Enterprise including module design dependency management and project structuring.
Solid experience with AWS services such as Lambda ECS API Gateway ALB DynamoDB Aurora RDS SNS and SQS.
Experience building event-driven architectures and serverless or containerized solutions.
Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams.
Availability to work flexible shift hours to support global communication when needed.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of access management and authorization concepts.
Experience working with PBAC RBAC or ABAC models.
Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
Prior exposure to IAM or identity-centric data platforms.

Advanced English proficiency is required for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.

How much experience must I have

We are looking for candidates with 5 years of experience in data engineering backend engineering or related roles with demonstrated technical leadership experience.
