What Were Looking For:
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- ADN BSN or MSN or LPN certification from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification.
- Hospice or palliative care experience preferred (training available).
- Compassion adaptability and a desire to grow professionally in hospice care
What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality bedside care and symptom management for hospice patients.
- Educate and support patients and families through individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate and implement the plan of care.
- Utilize technology to enhance care coordination and communication.
- Approach patient care holistically addressing physical emotional and spiritual needs.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling that support work-life balance.
