Job Summary
- Organize and update data within the system.
- Data quality check.
- Identify and suggest possible system enhancements.
- Meet tasks deadlines.
- Interact with all departments necessary within the organization to resolve tasks in a timely and Professional manner.
- Drive agreed outcomes.
- Maintain agreed internal service levels.
- Update all internal systems to properly track task performance.
- Track and report issues related to the tasks.
- Process all data with quality and professionalism.
- Complete and achieve all other assigned goals in relation to the position.
Qualifications :
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage client expectations.
- Innovative problem-solving methods to help our customers improve their systems.
- Proactivity.
- Ability to work in a team.
- The curiosity to learn about our product and its structures.
Nice to have:
