Job Summary
JOB OVERVIEW:
Under the guidance of the Bellini Bar Manager the VIP Attendants are responsible for delivering personalized and discreet service to VIP guests ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. They act as the main point of contact for VIP guests within the Food and Beverage outlets anticipating needs and exceeding expectations to uphold brand standards of luxury and hospitality. VIP Attendants work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless exclusive and memorable experience for high-profile guest
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional personalized service to VIP guests ensuring their needs and preferences are anticipated and met with discretion.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality consistent with Delano Brand Standards.
- Assist with welcoming VIP guests escorting them and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout their visit.
- Coordinate closely with Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver timely and efficient VIP services.
- Manage VIP guest requests promptly and professionally resolving any issues or concerns effectively.
- Support the Bellini Bar Manager by helping oversee VIP areas and ensuring service standards are upheld.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with VIP guests.
- Assist with training and mentoring new VIP attendants to uphold service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hotel policies and procedures at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve VIP guest experience.
- Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or manager to support VIP guest satisfaction.
- We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
