JOB OVERVIEW:
Under the general guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor the House Attendant is responsible for supporting the Housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms corridors and public areas. The House Attendant ensures that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently upholding brand standards and contributing to a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Room Attendants by delivering clean linens towels amenities and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
- Remove soiled linens trash and debris from guest rooms and common areas in a timely and hygienic manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms corridors and service areas.
- Respond promptly to requests from Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors.
- Ensure public areas and back-of-house spaces are clean tidy and presentable at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues damages or safety hazards observed during rounds to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to health safety and security standards.
- Support special projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness guest privacy and professionalism.
- We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
- We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
