Sales Operations Manager

Peter Boulware Toyota is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Columbia SC. This role is essential in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations ensuring seamless coordination across departments to support our sales team and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations to streamline processes and improve overall team productivity.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies that optimize workflow and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales department and other organizational units to facilitate communication and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations or a related field preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
