This means youarentrestricted to seeing patients based on a districts specific limitations on minutes or type of services pediatric private practice we can recommend seeing patients up to 5 times per weekindividuallyand cantreatacross the full scope of our discipline!

Your Impact

As a Speech-Language Pathologist atMetroEHSPediatric Therapy you will:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improvereceptive/expressive language articulation fluency voice and swallowing disorders.

  • Utilize play-based andculturally responsiveinterventions to engage children and foster communication skills.

  • Collaborate with families and caregiversequipping them with home-based techniquesfor continued progress.

  • Work closely with amultidisciplinary teamto ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each childs needs.

  • Maintaindetailed clinical records and documentationasrequired.

  • Participate inclinical meetings professional development and research opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility)AND/OR

  • State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Active & Engaged Work Kneelingbendingand playing at ground level.

  • Hands-On Support Lifting up to50lbsmay berequired.

  • Quick Reflexes Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.

  • Loud or Noisy Environments Working with active children in dynamic settings.

  • Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Clinic Location

  • Madison Heights

Status

  • Full-time

Schedule

  • MondayFriday typically 9am-6pm

  • No nights or weekends

Compensation

  • Annual salary based on experience and qualifications.

  • Potential to earnadditionalcompensationinproductivity bonuses.

  • Full-time Sign-on Bonus: $2500 (paid in two installments with a two-year commitment)
