Summit Ridge Academy is a tutoring and educational centre in Oakville Ontario providing personalized one-to-one and small-group support for students from Kindergarten to Grade 8. Programs are aligned with the Ontario Curriculum and are designed to support all learners with a specialization in working with diverse learners and students with learning disabilities. Summit Ridge focuses on building academic skills confidence and reigniting a passion for learning.

Summit Ridge Tutoring and Educational Centre in Oakville is seeking dedicated compassionate and passionate Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT) to join our growing team. We provide daytime after-school evening and weekend tutoring to elementary students in a supportive one-to-one learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are committed to making a meaningful difference in students academic growth and confidence particularly for diverse learners.

What we are Looking for:

Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT)
Strong command of oral and written English
Special Education experience is a strong asset
Commitment to supporting students for the academic year
(days off can be requested in advance)
Reliable compassionate and student-centred teaching approach
Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
- Canadian teaching experience
