Job Summary
What Youll Do
Patrol hotel interior and exterior areas to maintain safety
Monitor access points and respond to incidents or emergencies
Assist guests and associates with safety-related concerns
Document incidents accidents and unusual activity accurately
Support crowd control during events and high-traffic periods
Work closely with hotel leadership and local authorities as needed
Who You Are
Calm observant and professional under pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with good report-writing ability
Able to stand walk and patrol for extended periods
Prior security or hospitality experience preferred
Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
