Primary Care Physician Outpatient
Lynn MA Value-Based Care

Join a patient-focused value-based primary care practice in Lynn MA dedicated to providing high-quality relationship-driven care for patients age 65 and older. Position Highlights

Outpatient-only primary care in a value-based care model
Patient panel capped at 750 to ensure quality care and manageable workload
New physicians start with 100 patients and ramp up gradually
See approximately 18 patients per day
MondayFriday schedule with one remote/work-from-home day per week
Limited call responsibilities

Exceptional Clinical Support

Robust care team including EMTs APPs Medical Assistants and Care Managers
Dedicated acute care support team with nurses triaging and responding quickly to patient needs
Strong infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on patient carenot paperwork

Compensation & Benefits

Ideal Candidate

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Family Medicine Geriatrics
Must be bi-lingual in Spanish
