Inviting applications for the role of Chief of Staff role!
In this role you will serve as a strategic advisor to the COO/SVP and be responsible for overseeing and driving critical strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence self-motivation and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Assist the COO/SVP in facilitating effective decision-making and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives.
Operations: Oversee operations and business planning activities including tracking business performance metrics managing budgeting process and driving key initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between top management and employees ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries and issues.
Project Management: Lead and manage projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
Leadership: Participate in senior management meetings providing insights and perspective and lead cross-functional team meetings.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Strong understanding of business functions such as HR Finance marketing etc.
Formidable leadership outstanding written and oral communications skills coordination problem-solving and negotiation skills
Capable of working across complex organizations and environments prone to regular change
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines and have a high level of executive presence

Preferred qualifications
Fast paced with capability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems
