Delivery & Logistics Support Officer

The Job

In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of order fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure timely and compliant delivery.

You will manage the full quote-to-cash lifecycle ensuring accurate customer onboarding compliant order processing and timely delivery. This role serves as a key interface between Sales customers and internal stakeholders with a strong focus on operational excellence customer satisfaction and system expertise across Salesforce/CPQ and SAP SD.

Your Mission

You will manage all aspects of order fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Focus Front Office:Quote tocustomeronboarding

Customerquotationsaccording toguidelines ofsales executives

Partnerprice list maintenance and distribution

Key user and trainer in Salesforce/CPQ

Coordinatetimelycustomer feedbackrelated to onboarding-and ESGquestionnaires

Tender admin support

Contractsharepointadministration

Focus Back Office:Orderfulfillment

Orderprocessing:Performcustomer order review SAPorderentryandgenerate order confirmations.

Securea smooth andeffectivecustomer(change) ordercommunication.

Due diligence on end-user statements andwhen neededgeneratesthe export approvalapplications

Reportand escalate when needed orderfulfillmentpaymentand shippingissuesto mitigatedelivery non-performance.

Collaborating with relatedinternalstakeholders to resolve anycustomer deliveryissues or complaints

Key user andtrainer in SAP SD

Your Qualifications

You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Logistics Supply Chain Communication or a related field or a first positive experience in order fulfillment customer support logistics or shipping.

You have good knowledge of order fulfillment processes including order review confirmation changes and customer data management.

An understanding of import and export regulations and customs requirements is a plus.

You have experience with ERP/MRP systems preferably SAP SD and a good command of Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools ideally Salesforce.

Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.

You are fluent in English with a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.

Additional languages are a strong asset.

You are well organized with strong attention to detail.

You are self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.

You are proactive responsible and results oriented with a can-do attitude.

You are customer-focused with a global mindset.

You are able to work under pressure and meet shipping deadlines.
