Aritzia is growing and our Enterprise Risk Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunityto be part of the team responsible forsafeguarding the security of Aritzia product people property and information at ourDistribution Centers (DCs). You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention detection and resolution of loss throughout our locations. THE ROLE
As the Manager RiskDistributionyou willlead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development andan incredibleemployee experience.
Establish Aritzias approach to Enterprise Risk Management.
Minimize the loss of merchandise.
Protect our people our clients and our communities.
Ensure the security of our physical assets.
Preserve and safeguard confidential information.
THEQUALIFICATIONS
TheManager RiskDistributionhas:
Proven skills certifications education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is$100000- $150000 CAD peryear. Thefinalagreed uponsalarymay vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
