DescriptionLourdes Physician Group Gynecology Clinic is seeking an experienced and patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our thriving Surgical Gynecology clinic. This role supports a high-performing team consisting of one established GYN surgeon and one nurse practitioner both known for exceptional patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
The APP will provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care assist with routine and post-operative follow-up and support the surgical GYN program through clinical evaluations procedure support and coordination of patient care. This is a MondayFriday outpatient-onlypositionno nightsorweekendsbut with telephone patient calls.

ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Patient Management
Team Collaboration
Partner closely with the existing NP and GYN surgeon to support a high-volume efficient clinic.
Participate in quality initiatives process improvement and workflow optimization.
Provide patient education regarding procedures treatment plans and follow-up care.
Documentation & Compliance
Accurately complete encounter documentation within EMR system.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Participate in ongoing competency training and professional development.
Qualifications- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Louisiana (or ability to obtain).
- Womens Health (preferably) Family NP Adult NP or PA certification.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in gynecology womens health or related specialty.
- Previous experience in Surgical GYN or high-volume outpatient womens health practice.
- Proficiency incommon GYN conditions outside of the screening visit.
- Strong communication patient education and clinical assessment skills.
