Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist for a contract assignment in New York NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and hematology and be licensed to practice in New York State. This role offers the potential for conversion to a permanent position following successful completion of the assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform clinical laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
Conduct testing in chemistry and hematology with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure quality control calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
Adhere to all laboratory safety regulatory and compliance standards
Accurately document and report test results
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
Solid background in chemistry and hematology
Education
Required: Associates Degree from an accredited laboratory technology program
Preferred: Bachelors Degree
Certifications & Licensure
Required: Valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (NYSED 092) with Primary Source Verification
Preferred: BLS Certification
