Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to combine hands-on recruitment delivery with the development of effective and scalable Talent Acquisition practices across MiniMed. This role is key to supporting business growth and building a robust TA operating model in a newly established organisation. This is 6 months Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate technical and commercial roles aligned to business priorities
• Support international hiring across multiple countries and employment models
• Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of MiniMeds Talent Acquisition operating model
• Support agency and vendor governance including contracts controls and usage
• Support Workday ATS readiness adoption and optimisation of core hiring workflows
• Support onboarding alignment in partnership with HR Operations
• Support TA training and enablement for recruiters and hiring managers
• Contribute to employer branding EVP early careers and strategic hiring initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement across TA tools processes and candidate experience

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience in an end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition Partner role
• Experience contributing to TA initiatives such as systems process improvement RPO or compliance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions preferred
• Pragmatic hands-on approach with a strong bias toward delivery
