Brendan Foot Supersite is looking for a detail-focused and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our high-performing Used Vehicle Sales team on a 7-month fixed-term basis covering parental leave.
This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in supporting used vehicle sales performance by ensuring our online listings stock presentation and sales systems are accurate engaging and up to date.
About the role
Reporting to the Used Sales and Wholesale Manager youll work closely with the Sales team Vehicle Operations and Marketing to ensure vehicles are sale-ready both online and on the yard.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining accurate used vehicle listings across online platforms
Writing compelling and accurate vehicle descriptions
Coordinating vehicle photography and enhancing images using AI and photo-editing tools
Monitoring and managing Trade Me listings and allocation via Dealerbase
Ensuring yard stock is compliant with current WOF registration RUCs and accurate window cards
Providing first-level support and administration for the Autoplay sales system
Supporting Sales Managers with reporting administration and general coordination
Assisting to drop off and collect vehicles
About you
Youll be highly organised tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy taking ownership have a strong eye for detail and communicate well with a wide range of stakeholders.
Youll bring:
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Confident written communication and an eye for engaging content
Strong digital capability and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
A proactive team-focused attitude
A current full drivers licence
Experience is a vehicle dealership is an advantage but not essential
