Job Summary

Position name: Property Operations Coordinator

Job Objective:

To coordinate communicate and to ensure all the tenants drawings are prepared and finalized complying the company requirements on ground implementation in alignment with the defined plans and targets for Kenar Shops at Petrol Stations

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor in Sales & Marketing with Property Management Background

Minimum Experience:

34 years in a similar profile across a Retail Industry in Property Operations Coordination

• Reporting and Communications Skills

• Information collection Skills

• English Proficiency & Arabic preferred

• Good knowledge of Property Operations & Coordination
