Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Accounting Expert (FICO) with a
strong focus on Brazil-specific financial processes to join our team. You will play a
crucial role in designing configuring and implementing our record-to-report (RTR)
processes within our S/4HANA system.
Key Responsibili

ties:
Gather and thoroughly understand current business requirements and
document them effectively.
Design configure and implement the Record to Report (RTR) processes within
the S/4HANA system.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
with other SAP processes including Procure to Pay (PTP) Order to Cash (OTC)
Transportation Management (TM) and Tax.
Work with the Finance Systems team to provide robust solution designs execute
comprehensive testing and maintain thorough documentation.
Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and coordinate effectively
with technical teams on WRICEF (Workflows Reports Interfaces Conversions
Enhancements Forms) development.
Lead the migration of accounting data from various ERP and non-ERP systems to
S/4HANA.

Required Skills:
SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on
experience with SAP FI modules.
Asset Accounting: Strong understanding and experience with SAP Asset
Accounting.
Tax: Solid grasp of tax-related configurations and processes within SAP
particularly for Brazil.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical
concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements:
Demonstrable experience with S/4HANA Green Field and Brown Field
implementations as well as rollout projects.
Project experience spanning LATAM and EMEA regions with a strong preference
for Brazil-specific implementation experience.
Proven track record of implementing country-specific requirements within SAP.
English - Mandatory: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English are required.
Portuguese - Native: Native proficiency in Portuguese (speaking and writing) is
essential for this Brazil-focused role.
