Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Prepare drawings in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
- Revise drawings and incorporate client comments providing clarifications and resolutions as needed.
- Develop deliverables such as EIT equipment layout drawings lighting layouts small power layouts cable tray layouts earthing layouts MCT layouts fire & gas location layouts etc. as per the projects deliverables list.
- Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) based on drawing details.
- Coordinate preparation of E&I drawings with other disciplines to ensure clash-free installation.
- Maintain and update all drawing files making corrections as directed by engineers.
- Participate in 3D model reviews; knowledge of 3D software is preferred.
- Explain deliverables to the construction team and provide construction support as necessary.
- Attend daily and weekly project meetings as required.
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary.
