Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Techno-Functional
Developer to support our migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and strengthen asset
management and maintenance operations. This role focuses on functional configuration
with strong technical exposure to integrations data migration and S/4HANA innovations.

Responsibilities:
Configure SAP PM (equipment functional locations notifications work orders task
lists preventive/predictive maintenance).
Lead ECC S/4HANA migration activities including data cleansing conversion
testing and cutover.
Design and deliver functional specifications for custom enhancements reports
and interfaces.
Support integration of PM with MM FI/CO PP QM and external systems (EAM IoT
GIS mobile maintenance apps).
Work with data migration tools Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations (Asset Central
Predictive Maintenance).
Troubleshoot issues support users and ensure smooth post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications:
5 years of SAP PM configuration and support.
Strong knowledge of ECC S/4HANA migration processes and tools.
Experience with SAP PM integration across MM FI/CO PP QM.
Hands-on experience with Fiori apps CDS views and HANA-based reporting.
Strong problem-solving technical design and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN) or Mobile Asset Management.
Familiarity with IoT-enabled maintenance or predictive maintenance tools.
SAP PM certification a big plus.

Manufacturing background is a huge plus.
