Were looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer based in our Dumbarton Manufacturing Facility

What youll do:
Lead and deliver safe efficient production assembly methods while fostering a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Analyze and monitor assembly processes to identify and eliminate waste reduce production detractors and consistently achieve standard hours.
Drive process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and post-launch performance optimizing factory layout material flow equipment and tooling to maximize production efficiency.
Youll have the following skills and experience:
Engineering discipline manufacturing or related field
Highly organized and self-motivated able to manage changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and planning skills combined with a positive effective team player attitude.
Flexible and proactive willing to take on additional responsibilities to meet demanding production schedules.
Quality-driven mindset with pride in delivering work that meets company policies procedures and high-quality standards.
