What Youll Do
- Support the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and day-to-day running of the school.
- Lead on teaching learning and curriculum development within a specialist SEND setting.
- Promote positive behaviour safeguarding and trauma-informed practice across the school community.
- Coach support and develop teaching and support staff to achieve high standards.
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute to whole-school improvement planning.
- Build strong relationships with pupils families and external professionals.
