Job Requirements
- 2 plus years experience in AL Memory Care or a skilled care setting a plus
- Current Assisted Living License
- Degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related field a plus
- Visionary
- Exceptional computer skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to drive culture
