Controllership team breaks the status quo by facing challenges from the perspective of technological innovation as a tool to automate and make our processes run more efficiently. Youll be responsible for

Execute accounting tasks related to cash financial assets and investment products;
Prepare timely and accurate financial and regulatory reports in compliance with local and international standards;
Perform reconciliations and maintain data integrity across systems by following established processes and controls;
Support the implementation and improvement of back office systems and automation tools by collaborating with technology and business analysis teams;
Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements Board presentations and regulatory disclosures;
Provide accurate and well-documented information to internal and external auditors during audits;
Collaborate with internal teams such as Market Risk Credit Risk Treasury Compliance and Legal to ensure accurate accounting treatment and alignment with business activities;
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through quality work and adherence to deadlines.

We are looking for a person who has:

Degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration;
Strong knowledge of accounting for financial instruments (e.g. fixed income derivatives structured products) and investment funds;
Understanding of key accounting standards and regulations including IFRS 9;
Hands-on detail-oriented professional with solid problem-solving skills;
Comfortable working with data to support financial reporting and analysis;
Advanced proficiency in English
