Job Summary

Description

The Machine Operator II will serve our Water Heater Division located in Montgomery AL.

Responsibilities

Will be required to operate/monitor a PLC.
Will be required to use a Human/Machine Interface (HMI) to adjust material requirements information.
Will be required to manually load materials from floor and part bins.
Will be required to orient tanks.
Will be required to perform other assembly tasks as needed.
Will be required to perform change over and make minor adjustments to equipment as needed.
Will be required to make minor adjustments set ups and assist maintenance with major repairs to equipment.
Will be required to perform routine preventative maintenance.
Will be required to maintain quality standards established for the process in accordance to specifications.
Must be able to work from written or verbal instructions.
Must maintain good housekeeping in work area.
Must observe all departmental safety requirements.
May be exposed to high noise levels fumes and airborne particles.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED.
Continuous lifting of 5-25 lbs.
Frequent lifting of 25-60lbs.
Occasional lifting of 60 lbs.
Continuous standing bending walking and repetitive lifting.
