The Workforce Development Specialist drives Cook Childrens mission by developing and sustaining career pathways that attract grow and retain a talented healthcare workforce. This role executes strategic workforce initiatives strengthens relationships with internal and community partners and guides employees and job seekers in pursuing healthcare careers and advancement opportunities.
Experience:
3 years of experience in talent acquisition workforce planning or related workforce development role required
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint require
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required
