SR Industrial Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Efficiency: Lead plant cost reduction programs and FTG (Funding the Growth) projects.
Material Loss: Lead task forces to bring AML below target and control process losses.
Capacity: Manage line utilization studies crewing optimization and factory capacity for COS/MYR.
Standards: Conduct time studies line balancing and establish labor standards.
Strategic Planning: Consolidate KPIs Roadmaps and Reimagined Strategy for the facility.
Finance Link: Conduct PPR variance analysis VCC balancing and act as point of contact for Finance and NetOps.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process vulnerabilities and lead root cause analysis to improve plant performance.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors Degree (Industrial Engineering or related).
Experience: Solid background in Manufacturing Operations.
Expertise: Previous experience in Industrial Engineering (essential).
Language: Intermediate English (desirable).
