Key Responsibilities

Editorial Planning &ContentStrategy

• Work withteamleadsandkey stakeholderstohelp define Franklin Templetonscorporateorganic social editorial calendarsacrossallchannels.

• Brainstorm andcreate social contentstrategiesto supportmarketing teams around the globe.

• Identifysocial content opportunities includingexisting content re-purposedfor social channelsornew ideas.

ContentCreation

• Createsocial contentwithcompellingcopy visualsmotion graphics/animation videoandothersocial-first ideasthat align withFranklin Templetonseditorial strategybrandand marketingobjectives.

• Createvideo storyboards and scriptsfor short-form and long-form social content.

• Helpshoot content editcontent andapply motion graphics/animationto driveplatformengagement.

Publishing & Community Support

• Upload and schedule content across social platforms (e.g. LinkedInYouTubeFacebooketc).

• Ensuretimelyposting and adherence to platform best practices.

• Monitor performance andassistwith basic community management tasks as needed.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Track and compilesocial media performance metrics including reach engagement and audience growth.

• Provide insights andoptimization recommendationsto improve content effectiveness and channel performance.

• Stay updated on evolving platform features trends and best practices to help guide content strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism Digital Media or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adjust tone for different platforms.

• Experience creating social content including copyvideo animations etc.

• Understanding of major social media platforms and their contentformats. Familiaritywith analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights LinkedIn Analytics TikTok Analytics) is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively manage multiple deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and digital culture.
