In A Nutshell:
Reporting to the Manager of Community Services this position fulfills a facilitation/coordination role for Community Services.Day in the Life:
- Clerical office duties
- Digitizing paper records and providing records management duties for electronic documents
- Assisting with the creation of new forms and work processes
What We Are Looking For:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Highly organized ability to multitask and work independently
- Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
- Office/clerical experience including digitizing paper records would be an asset
- Must be a college or university student who is returning to full-time studies in September 2026
- Social work or related experience would be an asset.
