All Source Intelligence Analyst Expert

On-Site at Fort Liberty NC with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to beavailable for immediate recall (1 hours) in case of Command Directives.

** Some ASIA billets will be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hoursand support 24/7 rotational shift hours**.

Job Overview

The All-Source Intelligence Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of intelligencedata including gathering interpreting and evaluating information from various sources by utilizingadvanced analytical techniques and tools to provide insights and recommendations to support decision makingprocesses.

Essential Functions

• Provide Intelligence Analysts responsible for researching developing and presenting intelligenceproducts at the operational level for senior leaders commanders and staff.
• Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production as well as interface with CombatantCommand and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration andsituational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational andtactical level intelligence requirements.
• Work independently with no required oversite.
• Provide advice to the leadership on processes procedures technology and other items ofinterests
• Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployedSOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
• Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemypersonnel as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supportingtargeting efforts and threat analysis.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies

• possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-sourceintelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO)Integrated Deterrence Tactical Combat Operations (TCO) Security Impact Analysis (SIA)Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and crisis response operations and missions
• Proficiency knowledge understanding and experience with current all-source analyticaltechniques theory methodologies processes and trends.
• Proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in thebelow qualifications.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel(O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.

Education / Certifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• DOD DoS DHS or equivalent training/course completion preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD orequivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
• In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
