The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Manager is responsible for establishing leading and maturing a newly formed EA function within the Information Technology (IT) Department while also working as an individual contributor. This role will build and manage a team of business and technical architects define and implement enterprise architecture frameworks and standards and ensure tight alignment between business strategy technology strategy and delivery execution.
This position plays a critical leadership role in shaping the organizations future-state architecture enabling scalability security and interoperability across applications data infrastructure and business processes. The EA Manager will collaborate closely with IT leadership cybersecurity PMO application development infrastructure data and business stakeholders to embed architecture governance into planning and delivery processes.
