Under the direction of the Capital Projects Manager the Capital Maintenance Technician will perform pre move-in renovations from demolition to completion. Tasks to include but not be limited to carpentry minor electrical minor plumbing drywall repairs both interior and exterior painting pressure washing repair of windows and all other maintenance needs to make vacant homes ready for occupancy.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Performs required maintenance and repair on buildings and equipment to include plumbing drywall/plastering electrical carpentry and mechanical.
- Installs lighting fixtures and replaces burned out light bulbs to include over headlights fluorescent lights and LED type lighting.
Qualifications:
- Training in major/minor remodel upgrades and repairs of plumbing electrical mechanical structural and equipment. Training and experience must be at the Journeyman level.
