Job Summary
工作模式
- 在專案經理或專案建築師/設計師的指導下進行設計發展調整或修改並與團隊合作溝通共同協作項目
- 需要具備獨立發展設計並將設計成果向專案團隊成員呈現能以解決客戶問題為中心提供設計解決方案
- 能夠同時處理多項任務具備靈活性和適應能力能夠適應快速變化的項目要求和截止日期
- 能夠在合作且持續不斷進展的團隊工作環境中充分發揮對設計的熱情和熱忱
項目類型
- 案件內容多元包括私人及公共案件總體規劃建築設計景觀設計專案管理室內設計等
工作特質
- 願意參與各項設計領域(廠辦規劃景觀等)及各設計階段(競圖提案建築執照申請等階段)之挑戰並積極學習對於設計及實務執行的各方面皆有興趣
- 有良好溝通能力與跨部門或團隊合作經驗
- 具責任心在所需的進度內完成工作同時對於遞交品質有自我要求
工作內容
- 包括計畫提案(競圖)CAD設計圖面發展施工圖建置3D模型效果圖簡報與報告書製作等
- 熟悉法規進行執照圖說繪製及申請資料製作
- 發展設計橫向溝通協調與專業顧問溝通協調處理設計細部繪製細部設計圖說編製預算等
- 依照項目類型需求需與其他專業和部門成員協調技術及配合相關行政工作
Qualifications :
條件要求
- 具備大學或碩士學歷建築設計相關學系畢業具更高學歷者將優先考慮
- 3 年以上建築設計相關經驗參與過建築基礎設施或工業專案者尤佳
- 須具備良好中文能力英語能力佳者優先考慮
具備技能
- 熟悉設計發展與介面整合
- 熟悉3D軟體BIM REVITRhinoSketchupLumion等(具備Grasshopper-Script Skill有REVIT細部設計或執照圖相關經驗尤佳)
- 具法令法規分析能力設計發展中能進行法規檢討具執照圖與施工圖繪製經驗佳
- 熟悉Office軟體Adobe系列軟體(如:Adobe illustratorphotoshop)
