We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics and Facilities Lead
Job Purpose: Receive prepare route and manage customer orders and other tasks for the Maryland facility.
Job Responsibility Summary: Handle all warehousing activities and general facility oversight per Vibrint processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor accurate records of shipments and warehouse.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy - both Customer and Vibrint.
- Coordinate with Shipping/Billing and CSRs to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare/stage/shipments for delivery.
- Ensure the customer shipping requirement and guidelines are followed.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders/packing list.
- Receive incoming goods inspect them for quality and update inventory records.
- Arrange with our current logistic companies for shipments and prepare product and including documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding documentation.
- Communicate with vendors suppliers and internal departments to coordinate logistics activities.
- Assist Operations team in responding to inquiries from customers and address any shipping-related issues including RMAs.
- Report and address any issues related to damaged or defective products.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in logistics and transportation regulations.
- Identify and resolve issues related to logistics processes.
- Address any delays or disruptions in the supply chain.
- Identify and resolve issues related to logistics processes.
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement and sales to streamline operations.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for process improvement.
- Abide by corporate policies and procedures as set by management.
- Follow our Logistics and Counterfeit and Traceability Plan and Procedures to ensure we continue to maintain ISO 9001: 2015 standards which includes noting any Non-Conformation or Corrective Actions.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain and own our Foreign Object Debris / Damage process and training.
Expectations for supporting the Vibrint team:
- Receive incoming shipments in good condition including inspection box count and freight company paperwork.
- Audit incoming box and pallet contents with 100% certainty.
- Prepare outgoing shipments; shipping labels RFIDs product verification BOL Vibrint packing list required documentation.
- Validate and ship outgoing orders.
- Maintain required company records; incoming and outgoing shipments shipping checklist order discrepancies.
- Proactively communicate with Billing/ CSRs/Director per requirements such as noted packing list questions complete shipping checklist.
- Neatly stage and separately store RMAs inventory shipments.
- Maintain - FOD Debris and Damage form.
- Continuously improve and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Provide support for the Vibrint MD team and customers on a daily basis.
- If required with guidance of CSR engage with ISR Account Managers to fulfil customer requests/requirements as accurately and quickly as possible.
- Working knowledge of warehouse safety and ensure it is maintained.
- Train additional team members Billing/Shipping Coordinator (ISRs) in warehouse responsibilities; with the goal of creating capable back-up support.
- Primary Interface with facility vendors (HVAC Plumbers Electricians Janitorial etc.) on issue and space improvements.
- Primary Interface with landlord on facility issues.
- Communicating with tenants about various facilities issues.
- Ordering and stocking office consumables (Office Supplies Tea Coffee Snacks Water etc).
- Support routine Lab maintenance as well as Conference Room and Training Room IT/ AV support while ensuring warehouse and facility duties continue uninterrupted.
- Providing value to Vibrint and your teammates in your support of the lab and Makers lab.
- Assist in additional vendor training by obtaining OEM certifications to help Vibrint better serve our customers.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic Excel and Word
Experience as a lead in a warehouse.
