The Role

Entegris is currently seeking an experienced MRB Coordinatorto join ourInventory Controlteam. This position will be basedinourBurnet TXfacility.

In this role you will:

As an MRB Coordinator you will play a critical role in managing nonconforming material processes ensuring compliance with quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a chemical manufacturing environment.

WhatYoullDo

Coordinate MRB activitiesby reviewing documenting and processing nonconforming materialsin accordance withcompany policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams(Quality Engineering Production and Supply Chain) todeterminedisposition of nonconforming materialsimplement correctiveactionsandto ensuretimelydisposition/closure.

Maintainaccuraterecordsof MRB transactions in ERP systems ensuringtimelyupdates and compliance with documentation standards.

Perform material movementsandprocessing of ordersbased ondisposition direction to include physical movement.

Maintaininventorysegregation trackingand overall management of nonconforming materials.

Support audits and inspectionsby providing MRB documentation and ensuring adherence to ISO and safety standards.

Drive continuous improvementinitiatives related to inventory control and material handling processes.

WhatWeSeek

Experience:Minimum 3 years in MRB coordination quality control or inventory management in a manufacturing setting (chemical industry preferred).

Education:High School Diploma or GED;Associates orbachelorsdegree in supply chain Quality or related field preferred.

Technical Skills:Proficiencyin SAP (MM/QM modules) ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge:Strong understanding of NCMR processes material handling and quality standards (ISO 9001 AS9100 preferred).

Skills:Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Shift Information:This is a full-timeM-Fon-site role at the Burnet TX facility. Standard day shift with occasional overtime as business needs require.

Preferred:

Forklift experience

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Familiarity with hazardous material handling and chemical safety protocols.
