Customer Service & Cashier Representative

Were seeking a friendly detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
What Youll Do
Greet customers warmly and professionally at the cashier window
Process customer payments (cash checks and credit cards) accurately and efficiently
Issue receipts make correct change and reconcile the cash drawer daily
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system directing customers to the appropriate department
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and diplomacy escalating issues when needed
Maintain and file service repair orders parts counter tickets and related documentation
Assist management with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Maintain regular attendance and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education and experience)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong customer service mindset with a positive team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Dependable professional and eager to learn
