Job Summary

The Geo Lead Talent Acquisition will be responsible for Talent Acquisition function across campus hiring/lateral hiring/business enabler function customer facing groups in one or more geographic location. S/he will drive talent acquisition strategy across regions/CDs within the geography including new market penetration developing talent pool and influencing business academia / industry bodies. S/he will bring/ leverage expertise in the geography to adhere to deployment norms practices compensation structures etc. S/he will also be responsible for large flagship engagements during employee acquisition programs in the region. S/he will track and manage budgets across the region IN ORDER TO align organizational business plan with recruitment strategy.
The Geo Lead Talent Acquisition will build and review staffing and sourcing plans with key stakeholders taking into account organizational metrics talent availability and cost parameters. S/he will identify and build alternate resource pools/ programs to facilitate quicker deployment IN ORDER TO deploy the right talent as per business requirements.
The Geo Lead Talent Acquisition will be involved in external talent branding Analytics assessment models and vendor management.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 14 years of experience related to the job description

PreferredQualifications:
  • Experienced senior management professional with a minimum of 14 years of experience
  • Strong credentials as an influencer and organizational leader
  • Experience with day-to-day management of complex escalations and issues in a shared services environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a very strong personal presence; can influence persuade and negotiate
  • Numerate and analytical with the ability to identify insightful data and trends

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
