At Cascadesyou candevelop your full potential sustainablyby applying your expertise within the Key Account Sales team for Cascades Packaging as a Sales Representative supporting the Ontario region.

*Please note that this position requires frequent travel qualified candidates in the Greater Toronto Area Mississauga Guelph and London area preferred however candidates outside the area may be considered based on qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing established account: Maintain and grow relationships with existing client ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Project management: Lead and support client projects from initiation to completion.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records manage CRM entries and support internal reporting.
  • Tracking & reporting results: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.

STRENGTHS & SKILLS

  • Proven track record in B2B sales ideally in packaging manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to recognize and address client needs.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and customer data.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with superior market knowledge.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools ERP systems and MS365 (especially Excel).
  • Ability to build trust manage change through influence and support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Language:English (spoken and written); French is an asset.
  • Education:Industry knowledge will be considered in lieu of education. A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or Management is a plus.
  • Experience:Demonstrated success in account management and sales.

Your challenge!

Reporting to the Sales Manager the Sales Representatives mission is to increase the companys revenues by implementing his or her groups business plan in terms of sales profitability growth and account penetration for the region market and portfolio under his or her responsibility. You stay abreast of changes in customer needs and market opportunities as you execute your sales initiatives and establish and manage the regional accounts action plan. You work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to provide market intelligence adjust the marketing strategy and update customer profiles and needs data. You also look for opportunities to develop existing and future accounts. Finally you mustbuild and maintain strong relationships with your customers to ensure excellent customer service and maximize profitability in your sector.

Individual responsibilities

Accountable

Maintain and growing revenues for their accounts

Support contract creation and negotiation for their accounts

Approvide and follow up on account plan goals according to established guidelines

Facilitate integration and ensuring coherent customer approach among Cascades SBUs

Build and develop key relationships at all levels of the accounts organization (Procurement Category Management Pricing Technical Accounting Quality Control)

Responsible

Validate customer quotation and pricing for all region/market accounts based on margin ranges

Educate and train customers on products and solutions

Manage contract creation and negotiation for regional accounts

Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to team

Develop and managing account plans for regional accounts according to given guidelines (i.e. revenues)

Maintain excellent client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

Use and update theCRM

Manage mostly A and B customers.
