Captured Enemy Material Intelligence Analyst Expert

Work Arrangement

On-Site at Fort Liberty NC with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to beavailable for immediate recall (1 hours) in case of Command Directives.

Job Overview

The Captured Enemy Material Intelligence Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysisand assessments of intelligence data from various sources. They analyze and interpret information toprovide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Essential Functions

• Participate in the exploitation and provide analysis of CEM related documents and media.
• Produce intelligence products associated with researching analyzing evaluating and publishingroutine intelligence studies plans and or products and collaborates with other analyststhroughout the DoD and the Intelligence Community on forecasts and assessments.
• Use advanced analytic capabilities to identify assess and report on enemy capabilities andtactics in support of target development and warning and the production of all-source strategicoperational and tactical intelligence analysis.
• Work independently with no required oversite.
• Provide advice to the leadership on processes procedures technology and other items ofinterests
• Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployedSOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
• Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemypersonnel as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supportingtargeting efforts and threat analysis.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation applications tools anddatabases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Strong briefing and writing skills.
• Strong background and firsthand experience are required in the following analytical areas: SSEdata-at-rest Regional Analysis Geo-Political Analysis HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis and CollectionManagement.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest todrive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments and to meet specificcustomer requirements.

Education / Certifications

• High School Diploma required.
• DOD DoS DHS or equivalent training/course completion preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of six (6) years of analytical experience within the DoD or equivalent Governmentagencies required with four (4) years at the operational level.
• In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
