Could you be the full-time hybrid Industrial Planner in Katowice PL were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in supply chain management and production scheduling in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the seamless scheduling and control of daily operations on the production line helping to deliver high-quality products on time in alignment with the Master Production Schedule. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (manufacturing procurement and logistics) analyze data to optimize production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools and much more.

  • Managing and optimizing the production schedule to meet customer demands and deadlines

  • Utilizing MRP and Production Scheduling tools effectively to ensure operational efficiency

  • Performing data analysis and generating accurate reports to support decision-making processes

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and improve processes

  • Applying lean tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste

  • Demonstrating strong communication skills to foster collaboration across teams

  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays in the production schedule

  • Maintaining a customer and goal-oriented approach to deliver results consistently

  • Displaying a sense of urgency to meet critical deadlines and resolve issues promptly

  • Working autonomously while contributing to team objectives

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of MRP and Production Scheduling tools

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting processes

  • Proactive and innovative mindset

  • Customer and goal-oriented approach

  • Ability to work autonomously and with a sense of urgency

  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools
