JOB DESCRIPTION
The co-op/intern will join Chief Operating Officer (COO)s Strategy & Enablement (S&E) line of business and will support the following business groups and projects / initiatives:
Indigenous People & ESGStrategy
Support both Indigenous People and ESG strategic initiatives
Leador supportthe execution of a small to medium size ESG and Indigenous People segment strategic project
Prepare ad hoc analysesand business cases in support of initiatives and in-depth research projects
Build an understanding of the personal banking needs of customers from Indigenous communities Social and Environmental goalsand how to best meettheneeds
Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to implementbody of work
Assistwith business planning
Define opportunities to enhance business processesanddevelop the confidence to tackle challenging tasks
Main Responsibilities
Review and understand theCPBIndigenous People and ESG strategic prioritiesto contribute developing and influencing opportunities across CPB
Support the development and execution of internal communications colleague experience programs and ESG initiatives and tactics
Partner and collaborate with multiple stakeholdersand teams across CPB to drive program ideation and execution
Conduct analysistodrive and communicate actionable insightsand recommendations in a simple clear and compelling manner for various audiences
Develop and deliverpresentations/communications to management andpartners
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in2nd 4thyear of anundergraduate degreeORmasters degreeinEngineering OperationsInnovation &Technology Business/CommerceRisk Finance MathematicsEconomicsESGor related field
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate/ mastersdegree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work with complexprocesses / tasks / projects
Analysis of large amount of data using advanced Excelskills to support conclusions
Superior communication and presentation skills(PowerPoint)
Ability to learn and apply business knowledge to execute differentprojects
