Position Summary
The Technology Development Intern will assist in the development implementation and maintenance of software applications and systems. This role provides an excellent opportunity for practical experience in software development methodologies coding testing and debugging.About Ryan Specialty:

What will your job entail
Location:
Carmel IN orChicago IL
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with software developers and project managers to design develop and implement software solutions.
Assistin writing clean scalable and maintainable code using Python in a Databricks environment.
Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure software performance and reliability.
Document software design and development processes.
Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.
Attend team meetings and contribute to software development discussions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing orcompleteda degree inComputer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field.
Basic understanding of programming languages and development tools.
Knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with databases (e.g. SQL NoSQL).
Experience and familiarity with a moderngeneral purposeprogramming language like C# Java Python etc.
Interestin learning about software architecture and design principles.
