Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE:
Execute compliant center activation to enhance disease awareness HCP engagement and patient pathway support across assigned centers. Deliver approved educational activities secure necessary approvals and maintain operational discipline (CRM SIP reporting) for vaccine and cold chain portfolios.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Center Approvals & Access
Secure center-level permissions for visits compliant detailing and educational events.
Maintain approval records event permits and sign offs.
2. HCP Detailing Education & Event Execution
Deliver approved HCP detailing and patient education/consultation support per SAM plan.
Coordinate vaccination key stakeholder for HCP engagement programs On-ground activations and pathway support as approved.
Track attendance engagement and activation metrics; ensure activity quality.
3. Awareness Pull Through (Marketing/Medical)
Implement approved marketing/medical initiatives at center level (materials distribution displays).
Capture activity outcomes and feedback; submit campaign execution reports.
4. Operations: Stock Signals and Replenishment cycles Collaboration
Partner with Center director leads to monitor stock movement signals and replenishment cycles.
Escalate risks (temperature excursions low stock alerts) per SOPs; support continuity of access.
DPOT management & collaboration between internal and external.
5. Insights & Reporting
Capture center/HCP feedback operational issues and competitive signals; update CRM promptly.
Provide timely weekly/monthly field reports with synthesized insights and recommendations.
6. Compliance & SIP Submission
Adhere to company policies SIP requirements and local pharma codes.
Submit accurate SIP documentation and maintain complete activity records.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Approved visit schedules event permits and documented signoffs
Executed HCP detailing and educational activations with attendance/engagement metrics
Campaign execution and activity quality reports
Monitored stock health and coldchain integrity signals; timely escalations
Ontime CRM entries field reports and compliant SIP submissions

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in pharmacy nursing public health life sciences or related field
24 years in healthcare field operations key account support or medical/marketing activation
Experience with vaccines and coldchain processes preferred
Familiarity with P&T/formulary processes and tender/PO workflows is a plus
Strong compliance mindset; knowledge of SIP and local pharma code
Proficiency with CRM/reporting tools; datadriven and detailoriented
Strong interpersonal skills; comfort engaging HCPs and center administrators
